Sketching and painting laid the path for her career in fashion design. Maricar's interest in fashion started at the age of 6, when she began drawing little girls dresses as princesses. Although she did not pursue designing right away, she knew she will inevitably have a creative career. She lives by Ecclesiates 3 which says there is a time and season for everything.

Soon after moving to Canada, she graduated from George Brown College with a Diploma in Fashion Design and Techniques. Her participation in several local design competitions allowed her to exhibit her craft. In addition to that, her several internships with top fashion houses in Toronto advanced her field experience and honed her skills in balancing modern designs with traditional elegance while keeping true to her own aesthetic.

Maricar's creations come with simple yet elegant designs, intricate details, and a sophisticated blend of cultural influences. Her designs reflect her love for class, substance and luxury that makes every woman special. She considers every interaction with each client a source of inspiration when it comes to designing.

Bridal, eveningwear, red carpet attire and pageant couture gowns are her specialty. Each hand-crafted gown, a reflection of her dedication to delivering best-in-class service, and making dreams a reality not only for brides but for all fashion-forward women.
